📦 Shipping Policy

1. All orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 USD.

2. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and production after placing your order. 

3. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

4. Once an item leaves our hands, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

5. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

6. No international shipping at the moment. We only ship within the United States.

🔄 Return Policy

1. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges.

2. Orders cannot be modified, changed, or canceled once placed.

3. No refunds are issued. All sales are final.

4. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it with the same product at no extra cost to you.

5. To process a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package 

6. Replacement requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a replacement.
